Love is a Creative Act braids the threads of a life of an artist and educator with a continuing Buddhist spiritual practice - lovingly celebrating the creative qualities of always being a beginner. As a collection of essays, photography, artwork, infographics, guided meditations and art making explorations, it’s a personal reflection on my experiences with these subjects and hopefully offers some encouragement and companionship along your path, whatever form that takes. This book was the culminating project from nine months of training at the New York Zen Center for Contemplative Care.
